Food photography for BONDUELLE 2017


I never do hundred shots with a view to choose a good one. It doesn’t correspond to my professional approach. The result of my work is one composition and one frame that totally meet the customer’s objective.

I like to cook and to organize the layout of the dishes myself. The compositions I make are thought-out before I start cooking them. During the process of creating a final dish I manage to set the right tone for it and to highlight the key details that eventually make it appetizing.

New recipes, new ideas… It all starts from choosing and purchasing the ingredients that I am personally engaged in. Then it is important to get ready with the props. They all must be unique but simple, like every Bonduelle recipe. There is more than 500 recipes to which I’ve designed and individual style and layout. Making a special atmosphere in the frame I highlight each ingredient and its taste.
