Many dishes of Scandinavian cuisine are like a complicated puzzle, consisting of different ingredients. But the core value lies in its genuineness and being ecologically pure. As a food stylist, I also made this values become my main objectives. I tried to do my best to make it as “true” and natural as it was possible.
The dishes you can see on the photos were performed by a real Scandinavian cook Leon Ek. We used no artificial elements in this photo shoot. Consequently all dishes look as if they were pictured in the kitchen of a family-owned café somewhere in Trondheim or Malmö.
